Experiential Learning of Skill India – JMIS


The students of Classes XI and XII visited the Skill India Exhibition ‘Skill India 2018’ organized by National Skill India Development Corporation. The aim behind this exhibition -cum -competition was to better equip students with various skills preferred in the better development of the country, as envisaged by the hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi . Being one of the youngest countries in the world, India has the potential to become the skill Capital of the world .The highlight of the day was the Career counselling ‘ Skill Sathi’. It was an eye opening event for teachers and students alike. There were depictions and experiential learning on skills like Automobile Industry, Jewellery designing and many more. The students and teachers were enlightened about the possibility and avenues of Indian skill industry.
