The public speaking conference MS Talk (Motivational Sparkles Talk) was organized by IPS Group of colleges on Saturday 19.01.2019. The motivational speakers who came from different parts of India not only highlighted the secrets of personal growth and human development but also entertained the students by different activities.
The program started with the floral welcome of the guests and the motivational video (inspiration from anywhere). The event started with the inaugural session by Mr. Author Sherry (Founder, President of MS Talk India). He spoke on inspiration. He asked the audience to make their respective goal cards. He asked everyone to imagine, feel and receive the goal. In his talk he asked the students to read the books like Seven Habits of Highly Effective People (Stephen Covey), Think & Grow Rich (Napoleon) etc.
The second session belongs to Mr. S.S. Dogra (Journalist, Author, Media Academician, Media Workshop Guru). He spoke on the present condition of Hindi Language in our country. He also motivated the students for time management and talked on roll of media in students life.
The third session was taken by Dr. N.P. Katare (Vice Principal Kiddy’s Corner School, President Indian International Teacher’s Association). He spoke on steps to achieve goal. He said the facilities, lack of needs, lack of fear, lack of aim are the main factors effecting the study. He asked the students to go for target oriented study rather than time oriented study.
Happiness over depression was the topic of the session by Ms. Ranjeeta Aashish (Entrepreneur, Author, Mentor). She spoke on the choices you make in life. She said decisions are not good or bad, by conviction you have to prove it right. She said don’t hesitate to clear your doubts and don’t mind the negative comments. She asked the students to move on and make your life baggage free.
The next session belongs to Ms Pooja Mittal (Life Coach, Numerologist, Signature Analyst). She said your signature is your destiny on paper. She said your signature is the only way to express your personality in the digital world.
Ms. Nancy Juneja (Communication Strategist, Youth Leadership Coach, Motivational Speaker, Social Activist) in her last session spoke on winning the recruitment race. She said professional and theoretical knowledge is essential for winning the recruitment race. She said recruitments are also in opportunity to reinforce corporate branding and values in targeted segments. She highlighted the five “P” of recruitment plan i.e. Positioning, Pursue, Practice, Presence and Per serve. She also asked the students to visit Google nation, www.bplans.com etc. for improvement in interview.
The student Ms. Gargi Tomar performed Kaththak Dance and Mr. Shanu Khan sang a motivational song in between the program. The program coordinator Prof. B.P. Mudgal said that such type of motivational program works as a catalyst for the students and this type of activity will be organized on regular basis.
The anchor of the program were Ms. Neha Sharma and Ms. Kulvinder Arora. Dr. P.S. Chauhan (Principal, IPS CTM) thanked all the guest and the audience for their kind participation. Dr. A.K. Tyagi (Director), Mr. Ashwini Mishra (Working President), Mr. P.K. Ghosh (CAO), faculty, staff and students were present on the occasion.
