Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Assessment & Collection Department, (Najafgarh Zone), Dwarka, New Delhi organised a Property Tax Collection Camp at Pragya Apartments, Plot No 1-B, Sector-2, Dwarka, New Delhi on Saturday, the 21st June, 2025.
The MCD team led by Shri Ajay Kumar, Joint Assessor & Collector, Shri Ajay Kr Ranjan, Assistant Assessor & Collector and Shri A S Chhatwal, Sahbhagita Ambassador. The camp was also attended by Shri Pawan Rathi, Ex Councillor. Shri Rajiv Gupta, President of the Society welcomed the MCD Team and Shri Pawan Rathi.
A large number of Management Committee members from different societies and residents of the societies attended the camp and deposited their due property tax.
In addition to property tax collection, the camp features Awareness about Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana (SUNIO) 2025, Sahbhagita Scheme and Geo Tagging of Properties etc.
Shri Ajay Kumar briefed the process and benefits of timely payment of the tax and also SUNIO Scheme 2025 and requested the residents to avail the scheme and also self Geo tagging of their properties. He has stated that during the present year more than 80 camps has been organised in Najafgarh Zone and people are availing the SUNIO 2025 Scheme. Shri A S Chhatwal shared the details of Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana and also the Sahbhagita Scheme etc.
There was a question answer Session. The reply of all the queries raised by the residents were given by Sh Ajay Ranjan, upto their satisfaction. Those attended expressed their appreciation on arranging such a positive gathering. The meeting conclude wih vote of thanks by Sh. V. Jayaraman, Vice President of the Pragya Apartments.
