Tree plantation drive was undertaken in sector 6 herbal park near post office market in Dwarka on 27.8.2011 and in this drive, about 100 samplings of Neem, Gulmohar and other tress were planted.
On the occasion, Mr. Yag Dutt Sharma, Director, Dy. Director other officers and staff of the DDA were present. Many residents including Tej Lal Bharati, Member, AICC, M.K. Gupta, member, Dwarka Forum, Dahiya ji, who undertakes care of the park on voluntarily basis were also present and planted many saplings of different trees.
Shri Sharma assured to take proper care of the park in future as the residents complaint about the poor upkeep of the park.
