Welcome to the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dwarka Centre. We offer courses in Yoga and Meditation for the beginner, intermediate and advanced practitioner. We follow the ancient discipline of Yoga practice as taught by founder Sri Swami Vishnu-devananda, one of the foremost disciples of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh.Getting started
If you are new to Yoga or to the Sivananda approach, or are very out of practice, we suggest you start with the beginners course – Yoga 1; see inside for dates and other details. An introduction to Swamiji’s 5 Points of Yoga:
Proper Exercise – Asana

A simple class to give a taste of the practice of proper exercise, breathing and relaxation. Please come with an empty stomach and loose comfortable clothing
