Teachers’ Day was celebrated with great pomp and gaiety at The Indian Heights School, Sector 23, Dwarka on September 5, 2019. The students of Classes XI and XII put up a spectacular show for the occasion. The event commenced with the school Principal Ms Archana Narain paying a floral tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a philosopher, scholar, teacher and first President of the country, in whose memory Teachers’ Day is celebrated. In her address, she applauded all the teachers for their invaluable contribution and further reminded the student populace to follow the great ideals to remain focused on their objectives and goals.The school management also conveyed their best wishes to entire teaching fraternity. The programme culminated with the cake cutting ceremony by the School Principal and the members of the student council.
