WHEN THE BUREAUCRACY & THE JUDICIARY BY AND LARGE HAVE NO OBJECTION TO BEING TRANSPARENT — WHY ONLY THE POLICE FORCE IS AVERSE TO BEING TRANSPARENT.

Many Constituents of POLICE WATCH INDIA, as individuals, have been dealing and interacting with BUREAUCRATS at various levels, almost all over the world, and their experience in dealing with the BUREAUCRACY cannot be called extremely satisfying but it can reasonably be termed as just satisfying but definitely not exemplary.
BLACK SHEEP are to be found everywhere but there are ways to effectively counter such BLACK SHEEP IN THE BUREAUCRACY TOO butfortunately they can be counted on finger tips besides through the ages the majority of Bureaucrats know how to take care of theBLACK SHEEP AMONGST THEM.
By and large, THE BUREAUCRATS in general have the Courtesy to Respond to your Needs, Queries etc. and do and/or get your work done and if your work cannot be done, whatever be the reason, they have no hesitation in letting you know the reason for the same so that you can accordingly go in for Revision, Appeal etc. and/or you can Resubmit your Papers/Application/Request etc. after doing the needful required to be done by you as per the norms.
Till date the undersigned has not come across a Single BUREAUCRAT who would enjoy keeping anybody in the Dark. IT IS ONLY THE POLICE IN INDIA WHO ARE GRAVELY INFLICTED WITH THIS SADISTIC INHUMAN TENDENCY (DISEASE) and THE POLICE PERSONNEL REALLY ENJOY DOING SO.
It is a known fact that THE JUDICIARY & THE JUDICIAL PROCESS IN INDIA IS ALMOST 100% TRANSPARENT. Any interested person/party can Legally Obtain Any Information, Inspect Files, Obtain Copies etc. after paying the requisite fee as prescribed, in a manner given in the laid out rules, regulations and procedures.
By and large the JUDICIARY (excepting an occasional BLACK SHEEP) firmly go according to the Latin maxim Fiat justitia ruat caelum meaning “Let justice be done though the heavens fall.”
It Is Only The Police Force In India Which Is Not Willing To Be Transparent, For Obvious Reasons & The Most Obvious Reason Is Rampant Corruption Among Other Reasons.
IT IS A KNOWN FACT SINCE AGES THAT PERSONS WHO KEEP THINGS UNDER THE WRAPS AND ARE NOT WILLING TO BE TRANSPARENT ARE THE ONES WHOSE CUPBOARDS ARE FULL OF SKELETONS AND THE MORE THEY RESIST TRANSPARENCY THE MORE THEIR DIRTY CUPBOARDS AND MORE THE SKELTONS IN THEIR DIRTY CUPBOARDS.
There is a limit to everything and when that limit is crossed the results are Disastrous and ALL POLICE PERSONNEL HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN LIMITS ARE CROSSED THEY DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE EXCEPTIONS TO THE RULE. History is full of happenings of the outcome of COMMON MAN’S ANGER & WHENEVER IT HAS BEEN VENTED BY THE PUBLIC IN UNISON, the Mightiest of the Democracies (e.g. Roman Empire), Empires, Dictatorial States HAVE VANISHED ALONG WITH THOSE WHO THOUGHT THEY ARE ABOVE LAW & CIVILISED LIVING.
As brought out by us in our earlier News Letters, ALL POLICE PERSONNEL SHOULD NOT FORGET THE HARD FACT THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO THE AGGRIEVED VICTIMS OF CRIME, AS POLICE PERSONNEL TODAY, THE SAME WOULD BE DONE BY OTHER POLICE PERSONNEL TO THE CHILDREN/FUTURE GENERATIONS OF PRESENT DAY POLICE PERSONNEL as only a Miniscule Percentage of Present Day Police Personnel will have their Children/Future Generations in the Police Force.
However all is not lost. We take humble pride in letting all know that there are a reasonable number of Police Officers & Personnel who are not averse to being Transparent. There are many amongst them who keep on interacting with “POLICE WATCH INDIA “meaningfully.
