Displaying the true and ardent spirit of sportsmanship, The Indian Heights School, Sector 23, Dwarka hosted the mega sporting event Mini Lawn Tennis Tournament under the aegis of SankalpSahodaya for Under-12 category. The two day event on August 22 ,2019 and August 23, 2019 witnessed the game in two categories for Boys and Girls respectively. The sporting event garnered the whole hearted participation of the students from Delhi and NCR. The school coordinator declared the event open and wished good luck to all the teams. She further reiterated that participation is more important than winning or losing a game. It was indeed overwhelming to see the young players display the five S’s of the word Sport that is speed, stamina, skill, strength and spirit. Indeed an energizing experience for one and all. The participating teams exhibited a rich amalgamation of excellent coordination and team work as they struggled to bag the coveted positions. On the basis of their score and performance, following teams were adjudged as winners.
