Under the leadership of BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Manoj Tiwari Gandhi Sankalp Yatra was taken out in A,B,C,D,E Blocks of Nehru Vihar under Timarpur Assembly Constituency. During the course of Yatra, Shri Manoj Tiwari and BJP workers collected the waste plastic articles in bags and took them to the garbage dumping centre. This yatra was organised by the BJP North East District today. Pradesh Secretary Shri Satender Singh, District President Shri Ajay Mahawar, Vice President Shri Mohan Goel, Media Department Co-Incharge Shri Neelkant Bakshi, Co-Head Shri Anand Trivedi, Mandal President Shri Sachin Mavi, Councilor Smt. Pooja Madan, Shri Bhushan Tyagi, Shri Deepak Kumar, Poorvanchal Morcha District President Shri Jagat Narayan Gupta, former MLA Shri Surender Pal Singh Bittu alongwith large number of workers and residents of the area were present on this occasion.
Addressing the workers before the start of the Yatra, Shri Manoj Tiwari said that Gandhi Ji lives in the hearts of the people of the country and it is our duty to build India of the dreams of Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi had imagined India as a country in which there was no fear, hunger or corruption, or discrimination on the ground of caste and religion and everybody gets equal opportunity to develop. Now, Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi is taking all the sections of society together and providing the benefits of development to all. He also said that after independence the people who led India were neither concerned about the development of the country nor imagine about the development of all the sections of society. They exploited the sentiments of the people for grabbing power and disregarded the interest of the people. Shri Tiwari also said that we also want NRC in Delhi but Kejriwal is against the people of other states living in Delhi.
Commenting on the functioning of the present Government in Delhi he said that Kejriwal Government protects corruption and dishonesty and disregards the interest of the people and due to it the people are suffering. The Central Government is committed to achieve the goal of healthy India and after that India free from Congress. On the call given by the Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi, the entire country has started shunning single use plastic and other chemicals. This Government is also taking steps to achieve the goal of addiction free India but the present Kejriwal Government is obstructing the welfare schemes launched by Central Government.
Delhi BJP President Shri Manoj Tiwari also said that Gandhi Ji fulfilled the pledge made by him and similarly Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi abolished Triple Talaq, Article 370 etc. BJP will also help in the construction of Ram Mandir because without Ram Mandir the concept of Ram Rajya will remain incomplete.
