Book Launch & Multilingual Poetry Reading Held at World Book Fair

New Delhi, Feb 2, 2025 — The International Events Corner at the World Book Fair, Pragati Maidan, witnessed a vibrant literary gathering today as renowned authors and poets came together for a book launch and multilingual poetry reading.

The event featured the launch of three significant literary works:

The City Special Issue of Pratik, a well-known literary magazine

Following the launch, a multilingual poetry reading brought together celebrated poets, including Yuyutsu Sharma, Dhananjay Singh, Amar Akash, Rakesh Dobhal, Jitendra Srivastava, and Raghubir Sharma. The poets captivated the audience with readings in English, Hindi, and Nepali, showcasing the rich diversity of South Asian literary traditions.

The event was hosted by White Lotus Book Shop at Stall No. I-11, Hall No. 4 of the World Book Fair. Literature enthusiasts, writers, and readers gathered to engage with the authors, explore their works, and celebrate the power of poetry across languages and cultures.
