A meeting of Col Devender Sehrawat, MLA was held with all senior DDA Officers on Friday, the 9th October, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Dwarka Project Office, Delhi Development Authority, Mangla Puri, New Delhi. The representatives of Sector -8, Sector-9 and Raj Nagar were also present. Shri Arvinder Singh Chhatwal and Shri Anil Rajput attended the meeting as representatives of Dwarka Forum.
At the onset Col Sehrawat, MLA gave the power point presentation and briefed the DDA officers about his proposals for development of his constituency particularly Dwarka and its adjoining colonies. The major issues discussed in the meeting are development of Water Bodies, provision of sewerage treatment plant, construction of Sports Complex in Sector-8, Dwarka, provision of Open Gym in the park of Sector -9, Dwarka, Community Hall ( with parking facilities ) in Raj Nagar Part-2, Construction of Post Office in Sector -8, Dwarka, Construction of Dhalaos, Removal of Encroachment from the pavements, construction of roads particularly in Bamnoli, Dhulsiras Villages, development of parks etc.
After point by point detailed discussions, the DDA authorities agreed to almost all the points raised and assured to take appropriate actions on Priority. MLA also invited Dwarka Forum representatives to attend his proposed meeting with Vice Chairman of Delhi Development Authority.
