Education on Preserving the native cow breed is need of the hour


At the outset Shri S.P.Gupta, IAS (Retd.) and Founder Chairman of Kamdhenu Gowdham welcomed all the guests Shri Dinesh Gupta, Businessman, Ashok Vihar, New Delhi, Shri Ramesh Kandpal Scholar, Anuvreth Nyas, Delhi, Shri DP Singh Ex Director, NCERT, Ms Anupama Bhardwaj, Chairman DPS forum, Delhi, Swami Bansi Lal, Himachal Pradesh.

Shri Gupta informed that this Gowdham was established in 2012 for the protection of cows from illegal transportation and slaughter in Haryana. He also said that this gowdham has started doing conservation of indigenous breed of cows and extended its project in making the Panchagavya products. The future projects including construction of Arogya Sansthan for the welfare of human beings which includes yoga for human excellence, treatment through naturopathy/ panchgavya and the home for the elderly people. He welcome one and all and thanked them for their contributions and support in making Kamdhenu Gowdham as a centre of excellence.

Shri Ramesh Kandpal expressed his thoughts on the day to day life and need to serve the society by enlightening about the importance of cow and its various byproducts for the human welfare. Kamdhenu gowdham is a place of retreat ourselves from stress with abundance positive energy by living with the cows in goshala.

Shri DP Singh, Ex Director, NCERT stated that the visionary person like Shri S.P.Gupta has dedicated his retired life for the welfare of the society by contributing his services towards the preservation of native cow breeds of the country. He said that many chronic disease can be cured by following proper treatment of Panchgavya products.

Shri Dinesh Gupta said that maximum people are ignorant about the values and importance of cows. He said that we cannot imagine about our existence without our indigenous cow. The cow milk is only food which provides us complete nutrition. The manure and other bi-products from cows are the most valuable asset of our country. He said that the goshala is a divine abode where the existence of the human being is balanced. The products of the cow or the natural supplement to the day to day life and its necessary for healthy life. The need of the hour is to protect our natural breeds and support the agriculture of the country.

Ms Anupama Bhardwaj, principal megawati vidyalaya, member DPS forum, expressed her happiness to be a part of this programme and said that the body mind and soul should work together for creating great people in the country. The moral values should be imbibed in the children to make them understand the values of the culture of the nation. We should give maximum what we can for the development of the nation.

Swami Bansi Lal ji practicing panchgavya ayurvedacharya expressed that the training on panchgavya should be given in all universities and felt that the government be requested to work on the development of indigenous breeds in the country.
