Ganesh Chaturthi Celebratated at The Indian Heights School


Ganesh Chaturthi also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi is one of the important Hindu festivals celebrated throughout India with a great devotion. The Indian Heights school, Sector 23, Dwarka is observing the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi by paying obeisance to Lord Ganesha. The school performed ‘ Moorthi Sthapna’ ceremony on Sep13,2018 amidst lot of gaiety and mirth. The occasion was graced by school chairperson Ms. Madhu Gupta, School Manager Mr. Puneet Gupta and School Principal Ms. Archana Narain. The blissful environment resonated with the chants of ‘Ganapati Bappa Morya” as the entire TIHS fraternity performed aarti followed by distribution of prasadam. According to Hindu mythology Lord Ganesh as “Vigana Harta” removes obstacles and as “Buddhi Pradaayaka” grants intelligence.
