All across the world, Teacher’s Day celebrations are undertaken to honor teachers for their sincere efforts to impart knowledge to their students. J M International School too gracefully celebrated Teachers Day on 5th September with incredible gusto and zeal. As a part of “PROJECT – SHIKSHA”, a purposeful initiative on the occasion of Teacher’s Day, the students of Grades XII, took over the mantle of responsibility, stepping into the shoes of the teachers and conducted teaching sessions for the students of grades Ankur (Nursery) to XI. The day was also marked by a prodigious cultural programme, ‘GURU DAKSHINA’ which was organized by students from all the classes wherein they showcased their talent by putting up a performance in the form of several foot tapping songs, groovy dances, band performances and fun-filled skit to enthrall their dear mentors who were also conferred with special titles intending to recognise and extend their gratitude.
