Sri VIS celebrated Annual Cultural Day

Keeping in with its ideology of assimilating globalism through education Sri Venkateshwar International School presented Anastasia for the Annual Cultural Day of Class III on 21 September 2013.

Smt Damyanti Solanki, Educationist and Gp Capt Ishwar Singh, Advisor Venkateshwar Group of Schools were the Chief Guests for the Occasion. The School Chairman Mr Sailander Solanki was the Guest of Honour. The event was also graced by grandparents and parents who commented that the benchmark gets higher and higher every year. 
The day was witness to the artistic endowments of Sri Venkateshwarites as they portrayed the tale from Russia highlighting the highs and lows of Princess Anastasia’s life. The theatrical act was replete with aerial acts and majestic dances recreating the imperial palace and the legacy of the Russian empire. It marked the cherished brilliance of sheer artistry exuded through the performances as the students brought out the pain and happiness encompassing the life of the Imperial Princess, touching a chord with the audience. The Graphics and the props transported all to the life of the imperial princess.
The School Principal Ms Nita Arora welcomed all parents and gave an insight into how such events besides showcasing talent are an event to tap inherent potential of students. The School Chairman commended the performers reiterating the importance of family and thanked the extended family for its constant support. Ms Renuka Chander, Primary Coordinator moved the vote of thanks.
It was a concerted effort of the institution to provide students a platform to perform as they continue they journey to emerge as confident and dedicated individuals.
