5th September’13 was indeed an exceptionally memorable day for the teachers of Paramount International school. The students made sure that their teachers get special attention and enjoy their day to the fullest. The entire school was decorated elegantly with flowers, streamers and quotes depicting the glory of a teacher. The teachers were accorded an affectionate welcome of petals’ showers.

The celebration began with a glowing tribute to the profession of teachers by the Head Girl Shweta Mohan Pandey. It was followed by a fantastic short movie on teachers made by the students of class X and XI.The multimedia presentation kept the teachers spellbound and the motivating background songs made the atmosphere nostalgic.

Next in the pipeline was the surprise element – a special poem for the administrative department .They were lauded for their valuable contribution to the school. This was followed by a series of high voltage dance performances in keeping with the tempo of the day. Adding to the beauty of the day were two mesmerising band performances which won great appreciation. Two hilarious games hosted by NitinBehl and ShubhaChadha spread peals of laughter amongst the teachers.

The much awaited title ceremony was also an instant hit but the cherry on the cake was the title of ‘THE HEART BEAT OF PARAMOUNT’ given to Mrs.R.L.Saroha, M.D. of the school. Indeed teaching is a matter of the heart and when thanksgiving is done by the students with such sincerity and devotion, it does touch everyone’s heart.
