Dear All,
Another feather in the cap of Association of Suffering Members of Cooperative Group Housing Societies. Because of our untiring efforts, the much awaited notification for regularization of Self Draw conducted by 26 societies assembled under this Association(named in the notification) has been issued under the directions of Hon’ble Lt. Governor by the RCS. Scanned copy of the same may be seen in attachment.
As per the notification, now all the members have to pay an amount of Rs Fifteen thousand each for 2 bed Room Flats; Twenty Thousand each for 3 Bed Room flat and Twenty Five Thousand for 4 Bed Room Flats as penalty for violation of Section 77 of the DCS Act, 2003 by conducting self draw.
