Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Assessment & Collection Department (Najafgarh Zone), Dwarka, New Delhi organised a Property Tax Collection Camp at The Gold Croft Apartments, Plot-4 Sector-11, Dwarka, New Delhi on Saturday, the 28th June, 2025.
The MCD team was led by Shri Ajay Kumar, Joint Assessor & Collector, Shri Ajay Kumar Ranjan, Assistant Assessor & Collector and Shri AS Chhatwal, Sahbhagita Ambassador, MCD.
On behalf of The Gold Croft Society and neighboring Societies, Shri SCS Chauhan, Shri LP Singh and Shri Joginder Singh welcomed the MCD Team with flower bouquets.
In addition to property tax collection, the camp featured awareness about Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana (SUNIO) 2025, Sahbhagita Scheme and Geo Tagging of properties etc.
Shri Ajay Kumar briefed the gathering about the process and benefits of timely payment of Property Tax and SUNIO Scheme 2025. He requested the gathering to avail the benefits given in the Scheme and also requested for self Geo Tagging of their properties. He stated that during the present year l, more than 100 camps have been organised in Najafgarh Zone and people are availing the SUNIO 2025 Scheme widely.
Shri AS Chhatwal shared the details of Sumpattikar Niptaan Yojana and also the Sahbhagita Scheme etc. This was followed by a question-answer session and all the queries raised by the residents were clarified by Shri Ajay Ranjan upto their satisfaction.
MC members from The Gold Croft Society, other members and a large number of residents from neighboring Societies & DDA pockets attended the Camp and deposited their due Property Tax. All those who attended the Camp expressed appreciation on such a proactive approach by MCD right at their doorstep.
The programme was conducted by Shri Rajendra K Goel, VP of The Gold Croft CGHS and Shri Pramod Bakshi, founder-member and ex-President of the Society proposed a vote of thanks to MCD Team.
