All human beings have few needs like those things which are vital to our physical survival. We often need air, water, food, shelter and a certain amount of sleep. Besides this, we also need car, jewelry, fine clothes, house, TV and all such things. Understanding the difference between needs and wants goes a long way toward finding happiness.

The term happiness is a state of mind or the personal feelings characterized by pleasure, delight, love, contentment, enjoyment, joy, satisfaction and entertainment all together. People always want to achieve and find happiness in their life, so they can be happy. Some people have different ideas describing their inner feelings. Also, some people have unique ideas about how to find happiness.

It is a universal fact that the happiness is an important part of our life. It is not less than anger, sadness or fear. In fact, it begins with life itself .It is a gift from the gods. How do we know that one is happy or not? If you have lots of money and other amenities of life, should not that be enough to make you happy? Happiness is an emotion. So are sadness, love, hate, curiosity, revulsion, excitement, jealousy, contentment, depression, anxiety, fear, guilt and anger. Unlikethe other emotions like anger, sadness, and fear-happiness is a positive emotion. It is glue that binds us all together and underlies all forms of civilized behaviour. Happy employees are more active. Similarly happy couples have more enjoyable life. Happy children also make good friends in their life. Happy persons get more support from the people those around them. It offsets the burdens of everyday life. It can be considered a healing force for the injured.

The first important point is that the term happiness can be described by an individual according to his or her personal perspective. What makes you happy and what makes me happy are different things. Individuals often depict their inner emotions in a different way that cannot be compared with each other, so there might be a lot of definitions. For example, some people think that when they move to another house, things will be better; some people think that when they have enough money, everything will be astonishing, some people think that when they change their jobs, they will be happier, and some people think that they can be happy when they get a lot of friends. As a result, happiness can be portrayed in many different ways by people according to their personal point of view.

The other point is that individuals or people in general should not run for it because it is already within everyone. True happiness lies within each of us, and true happiness does not depend on the things that are around us. True happiness is not through getting or having. Things around us such as getting or having a lot of money do not give us the real happiness that people need because having a lot of money is something temporary, and money causes greed.

Happiness is everywhere- in every country , culture ,big city, jungle, and houses, apartments, buildings, offices in the world and everywhere that human beings reside. Thus happiness, along with anger, curiosity, fear, disgust and sadness – is considered a universal emotion.

Today happiness is observed in various ways. Each individual describes their inner feelings and emotions in some ways that you can’t compare with another and also with each other. The common definition of happiness is that it is a state of outstanding well-being and it is an intense emotion. Happiness actually means the inner state of wellbeing or a enjoyable or fulfilling experience as well. It gives you the green light to benefit from your highest: thinking, feelings, emotions, intelligence, success, health, ambitions, wisdom, thoughts, spiritual values and common sense in our life. What makes you happy and what makes me happy are different things. This difference is what makes the world captivating and more interesting.

We may say that our life has many meaningful things, and there are many people who are interested to be happy. Every one expresses his personal condition in a different way that you should not compare with another. Also, individuals should not run or search for happiness because it is already within everyone.
