Magenta Metro Line – Janakpuri West to Botanical Garden is yet another life line for Citizen of Delhi. Most commuters boarding the Train at Palam, Dashrathpuri and Dabri Metro Stations in South West Delhi due to heavily populated surroundings within the radius of 3Kms in Palam Colony. Now big problem before the commuters is how to reach these Stations since there is no mode of transport from local Colonies. E. Rixa and 3Wheelers are demanding Rs. 20 to Rs.40 to take them to these Metro Stations from any Colony within 1-2 Kms radios. Metro Fair is already very high how the Public will manage its pocket paying for E.Rixa Plus DMRC.DMRC, Delhi Transport Department, SDMC, DDA and Delhi Government did not envisage as to how local public will reach the Metro Stations i. e. Mode of Transport to reach the Metro Stations viz- a- viz Condition of Approach Roads here which beyond imagination. IG Airport is not far from these Metro Stations and Foreign Tourists very well visit these nearby Unauathorized Colonies and see themselves that what have the BJP dominated SDMC has done for these Colony Roads for last 15 yeas i.e. ever since they came in power in SDMC BUT NOTHING! Will Hon.ble LG & CM Delhi do something for poor people of these Areas. Suggestion is that some RTVs must be given permit to operate to & fro these colonies linking Metro Stations at Palam, Dashrathpuri and Dabri.
