Shiksha Bharati Public School, Sec-7, Dwarka Celebrated its Annual Day in School ground with great pomp and show on 22nd November, 2014. The Chief Guest was the Birgadier Niren Bharti (India Army) Special Guest were Sh. Ramesh Bidhuri – M.P, Lok Sabha and Smt. Bhawna Dhyani, Regional Director N.I.O.S. Distinguished Guests were Sh. Dharam Dev Solanki, MLA, Palam Constituency, Sh. Pawan Rathi, Chairman MCD, Najafgarh Zone.
All the guests were given an instrumental welcome by the students of SBPS under the guidance and supervision of the music teacher. Thereafter the lamp was lighted and followed by Ganesh Vandana and Shiv-Stuti. The guests were welcomed and honoured with shawls and mementos by hon’ble Chairman of the school, Sh. N.C.Jain, Manager of the school, Smt. Ramesh Kumari Bhardwaj, President of Shiksha Bharati Educational Society, Sh. R.K.Sharma, Sh. Hitesh Bhardwaj and Principal Mrs. Mamta Gupta.
Annual Report was read by Principal Madam in which she highlighted Regional, State level, National and International level achievements of the school in the fields of academics, cultural and sports. The winners were given away prizes and certificates by the chief guest and other guests with hon’ble manager madam & principal madam.
Tiny-tots presented a medley, Primary wing student’s exacted and English play titled: ‘Dream Unlimited’. The hostel students of Ladakh presented a Ladakhi dance, Hindi ballet “ Jahan Barf Sulagti Hai” by Senior wing students reflected the sacrifices of Indian Soldiers during the Kargil war, dance and solo song performances were also given. All the performances were spellbinding. The speech of the Chief Guest was indeed enthralling. He praised the programme and the efforts of the Management for overall development of the progenies.
Hon’ble Manager Madam announced and gave away some special awards for staff members for their unstinted, sincere and excellent services. Finally she proposed a vote of thanks. She extended her heart felt gratitude to all the guests including parents for their gracious presence and cooperation. She also appreciated the efforts of the principal, staff and students for making the programme a success. Thereafter a dinner party was enjoyed by the guests and management and staff members.
