Just as ignorance is not about lack of knowledge, knowledge is not about proof of genius.
Thereal test of knowledge is having the intelligence to apply it and that is what a brain teaser is about. It is a puzzle that requires analytical thinking,allowing for unconventional methods within given constraints.
SVIS organised an Inter – House Brain Teaser Competition for Classes IX – XII.
The preliminary round was conducted in which all the students were given 10 brain teasers which they had to complete within 20 minutes. Based on the results a top scorer from each House and each class was selected.
The final round was conducted on 16 May’18 where the participants had to solve 10 brain teasers within 15 minutes. Pushkal Bhardwaj of IX D and Lakshya Sanghi of X F, performed exceptionally wellbagging the top positions.
