” Barkha Bahar” A musical event presented by Dwarka Beats

Dwarka Beats , committed towards social integration through music, has organised a musical event “Barkha Bahar ” on 22.7.2023 (Saturday) at Baroda House Apartments, Sector 10, Dwarka. Melodious numbers mainly from golden era were perfomed by the singers. Basic purpose of conducting such prorams in different parts of Dwarka is to bring people together on a common platform through music.

The singers who performed in this program were: Mrs. Promila Malik, Mr. R K Jain, Mr. Joginder Malik, Mr. Tanvir Ali, Mrs Ritu Dogra, Mrs Sujaya Biswas, Mrs Poonam Sharma, Mr. S K Azad , Mrs Seema Wadhawan , Mr. Deepak Malik & Mr. Rahul Swami.

Evening started with lighting of the lamp by Mrs. Deepmala Verma, Director , Sanjeevani Ayurveda, Sh. R K Jain, President , Seniors Hub Dwarka, Sh. Ravinder Malik, President of Baroda House Apartments along with his MC team, Wing Commander S S Kohli and Mrs Kohli and Sh. Joginder Malik, our senior most member.

Dwarka Beats kept its promise to showcase other forms of Indian classical music by way of including one song – “Aapki nazaron ne samjha pyar ke kabil humen and one classical song- “Madhuban mein radhika naache re”which were the high lights of the program on live band.

All singers gave their best and their performances were superb. The melodies from the Golden Era of Hindi Cinema took the center stage when singers traced the journey of songs by rendering mainly hit numbers , like Rimjhim gire sawan, Gar tum bhula ja doge, Tere chere se nazar nahi hatti , Bachpan ki mohabbat ko dil se na bhula dena, Zindagi bhar nagi bhulegi wo barsaat ki raat, Panna ki tamanna hai ki heera, Teri aanhkon ke siwa dunia mein rakha kya hai, Mera naam hai chameli, Fir chhidi raat baat phoolon ki, Kai baar yun hi dekha hai, Ab ke baras bhej bhaiya ko babul, Haal kaisa hai janab ka, Jaisi karni vaisi bharni.

The host of the event was Mrs. Shashi Jain who entertained the audience by her unique style of presentation. The evening of entertainment won great acclaim and applause of the jam packed gathering of music lovers of the city.
