The biggest inter-school competition on SPACE won by Rosni Srivastava

 ‘Is investing Public capital on space science exploration justifiable? Could the money be better spent?’ Was the topic of the biggest ever Inter-school competition on Space held in Sachdeva Global School, Dwarka. Mrs. Nirmala Bisht-Media Co-ordinator-host school & Monica Sangwan Assistant Manager-Public Relations-SPACE India informed Dwarka Parichay that there were 108 students of 54 schools of Delhi-NCR participated in the said competition.

They further added that Prof. Inder Mohan Kapahy, Commission Member, University Grants Commission (UGC); Dr. T.R. Seshadri, Department of Physics & Astrophysics, University of Delhi; Ms. Sumana Dutta Sarkar, Head of School, Sachdeva Global School, Dwarka; Mr. CB Devgun, President-SPACE Foundation and Mr. Sachin Bahmba, Chairman & Managing Director, SPACE Group were the Panel of the Judges.

The said competition was the end with the prize distribution ceremony. Rosni Srivastava of Khaitan School, Noida declared the winner with the first prize (Cash Rs.7,000/-) Hardik Jain of DPS International School, Saket won the second prize (Cash Rs.5,000), Tarannum Sehdeva of Sri Venkateshwar International School, Dwarka grabbed the third position (Rs.3,000/-) jointly Sanya Arora of St. Margaret School (Rs.3,000/-).

All these winners were won the this debate competition on the basis of Organization and Clarity, Use of Arguments, Use of Examples and Facts, Oratory skills and Presentation Style.
