The 6th World Congress by World Institute of Pain held in USA

World Institute of Pain hosted sixth World congress on Interventional pain management from 4th to 6th February, 2012 where hundreds of Physicians invited from different parts of the world. There they shared their experiences in the use of New Technologies and procedures and best management practice in the rapidly developing field of Interventional pain management. Conference was organized by World institute of pain in Miami convention Centre, Miami Beach, Florida USA.

It was proud moment for all us because Dr (Maj) Pankaj N Surange MD, FIPP was invited as an examiner of certification examination and International faculty. He also presented on percutaneous Vertebroplasty for Traumatic Compression fracture of spine. More than 1600 delegates participated in this grand event of physicians.

WIP, India section also made a bid for India for 8th world congress in 2016. WIP Founder Prof P Prithvi Raj and Dr Gabor B Racz and executive board showed a good confidence in India section and they were very happy to see the progress of the country in the field of Interventional Pain management. They have also accepted the invitation for International conference which is being organized by WIP India section at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Dr Surange will be organizing this conference in August 2012.
